JFKIAT Invites Potential Concessionaire Partners to Respond to RFQ

Back to Newsroom

JFK International Air Terminal (JFKIAT), the operator New York John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 4, invites potential partners to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process as we prepare to bring ten food & beverage outlets to market.

Through a competitive solicitation process, we are looking to partner with a world-class food & beverage concessionaire to deliver a fresh, local take on the tastes of New York for its passengers and strengthen T4’s distinctive, New York-centric Sense of Place.

This partner will join a world-class line-up of nearly 100 retail, food & beverage and service concepts at T4, who share JFKIAT’s commitment to a best-in-class customer experience, innovation, and sustainability.

The Request for Qualifications will be the first of a two-stage process for application, and one partner will ultimately be selected.

Once qualifications are complete, the proposal stage will be open to a short-list of respondents. They should then demonstrate that they have the vision, innovation, and capability to deliver Terminal 4 customers a flexible and evolutionary food & beverage experience.

Stage one submissions are due on 8 December. The targeted contract award date is Q1 2024.
